What's your return policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method. Any items after 60 days of purchase can have a partial refund, and we will provide with a reasonable reason.

Are there any charges for return?

There are no charges for return and we will provide you a free shipping label.

What are the requirements for return?

Return items must be in its original packaging with a good condition.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.  

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

What's your products warranty?

Woodpecker products have one or two year warranty, you can check the specific warranty period in Woodpecker product description page.

Do you ship overseas?

We only offer shipping to domestic regions in the U.S. currently.

When will you ship out my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped out the day after an order is placed with the exception for weekends. If an order is placed Friday (3PM EST) or on the weekend then the order is processed or shipped out on Monday. 

When will I receive my order?

Orders processed here will take 3-7 business days (process day included) to arrive. Exact delivery details and tracking number will be provided in your confirmation email after you make a purchase with us.

Do you provide expedited shipping?

We only provide standard shipping as of now

Right now we do not have the option for customer to choose which shipping carrier they prefer, However, we are improving our system to meet customer's satisfaction.

We accept shop pay, google pay, credit cards, debit cards, and paypal for wholesale customer.

I'm ready to check out but I only see "Google Pay" and "Shop Pay" as options.

Those are Express Checkout methods, if you want to use your credit card, you can simply fill in the form right below express check out section and click on "Continue to Shipping" button once you finished, and you'll see the forms to fill in your card information.
