General Return Policy

  1. Time Frame for Returns:


Customers must initiate the return process within 30 days of the date of receipt. Returns initiated after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. (expect Woodpecker products)

  1. Partial Refunds:


Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

If an item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund will be considered. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the condition of the product.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery will only be eligible for a partial refund.

  1. Proof of Purchase:


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this with your return shipment. Failure to provide proof of purchase may result in a delay or denial of your return request.


Return Policy for Woodpecker Products


Customers must initiate the return process within 30 days of the date of receipt.

After 30 days, if your order is placed after Oct 2023, the woodpecker products are covered by a 3-year warranty. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect will be returned at the shipper's expense and will incur a 20% re-stocking fee.

Warranty Coverage:

  • We offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty on all woodpecker products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
  • During the warranty period, any product found to be defective will be eligible for a replacement.

Defective Item Replacement:

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately to initiate a replacement process.
  • Upon verification of the defect, we will provide a return shipping label for you to send the defective item back to us at no cost.

Replacement of a Replacement:

  • Replacement items cannot be replaced or refund.
Refunds and Processing:
  • We will process a refund or send out a replacement only after we have received the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition they were received.
  • This policy does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.

We'll pay the shipping costs of a return or exchang if the items you ordered are defective or damaged. For all other returns reason, the customer is responsible for roundtrip shipping.
