Price Match Guarantee
JMU DENTAL is committed to offering cost-effective products at the lowest prices with premium service. If you find a lower selling price (excluding tax, shipping, and handling fees) on an identical item from a qualified competitor, please contact us. We will adjust the price for you.
If you have already made a purchase, please contact us within 14 days after the delivery date to request a refund for the difference.

The competitor’s product must be authorized, new (not refurbished, open-box, or short-dated), and not part of a group sale, clearance, or special promotion.
General Return Policy
1. Time Frame for Returns
1.1 Return Period
We offer a 30-day return and exchange period for new products, calculated from the date the order is signed for. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
1.2 Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused and in original condition

All accessories, warranty cards, manuals, and parts included

Original product packaging undamaged

Correct product (matching what was delivered) returned

Return initiated within 30 days of receipt
Returns initiated after 30 days may not receive a full refund or exchange.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Special order items (including but not limited to replacement parts)

Personalized or imprinted items

Expired products
Exception for defective/damaged items:
If a non-returnable product arrives defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review each case individually and arrange a return or replacement where applicable.
1.4 Return Shipping Fee
We will cover all shipping costs if the return is due to:

Damage during transit or courier delivery

A clear warranty claim
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return label. If a label cannot be issued (e.g., product is overweight or postal code outside service range), you must ship the item on your own. After you submit a valid shipping receipt, we will reimburse the shipping fee.
In all other cases — especially if the item has been carried out of the United States by the customer — the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
1.5 Warranty
Most products include a one-year warranty (starting from the customer’s receipt date). Contact customer service for warranty details on specific products.

Not covered under warranty: physical damage, misuse, or tampering.
2. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Item not returned in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error) — refund amount determined based on product condition

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery — eligible only for partial refund
3. Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please include it with your return shipment. Failure to provide proof of purchase may delay or deny your return request.
3.1 Return Policy for Woodpecker Products

After 30 days, items returned for reasons other than damage or defect will be returned at the shipper’s expense
3.2 Warranty Coverage (Woodpecker)
One-year comprehensive warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Defective products during the warranty period are eligible for replacement.
3.3 Defective Item Replacement
Contact us immediately if you receive a defective item. After verification, we will provide a free return shipping label for you to send the defective item back.
3.4 Replacement of a Replacement
Replacement items cannot be replaced or refunded.
3.5 Refunds and Processing

3.6 Conditions (Woodpecker)
Items must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition as received. Damage from misuse, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

4. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders are non-cancellable after shipment. If you no longer need the item, you may refuse delivery or return the product according to our return policy.
