Shipping Policy:
Our company located in Fullerton, California. Our working time is Monday-Friday, from 8：30am-5：30pm.
The order processing time is 1 business days. Orders are typically processed and shipped out the day after an order is placed with the exception for weekends. If an order is placed after Friday (3PM PST) or on the weekend then the order is processed or shipped out on Monday.
We only offer shipping to domestic regions in the U.S. currently.

We provide free standard shipping to USA on orders over $300. If the minimum requirement is not met normal carrier rates will apply to the order. Also, the heavy and bulky dental supplies are excluded free shipping. Please rest assured that our freight rate discount from our carriers are passed on to you. For our local customers we can deliver heavy products at a discount rate depending on the delivery area. Please call us for more details.
Depend on size/weight, products usually ship via USPS or UPS.
If the package weight is less 1lb, we ship via USPS (First Class Parcel).
If the package weight is over 1lbs, we ship via UPS (UPS Surepost or UPS Ground).
Please notice that only USPS shipping method can ship to PO Box address.
